First time trying lion's mane mushrooms- delicious meaty texture that's perfect for a meat free stir fry or steak (and this coming from someone who has meat!). Highly recommend trying it out.

Mushrooms were fresh and beautiful. Delivered with care and eaten with gusto. The salads were very fresh and I loved eating them with just a dash of lemon and olive oil.
